About Us

We’re an established, hands-on owner business, operating from our Mansfield HQ. This is our hub – the home of our customer sales and service desk, management, and stock warehouse.

Our principal activities include the installation and maintenance of digital reception equipment e.g., TV aerials, satellite dishes, home networks, wall mounting TV’s etc and the installation and maintenance of residential garage doors and door automation. We also have an embryonic glazing division installing replacement sealed units where the existing unit has failed.

We are successfully implementing an effective plan for the continuing growth of the business, which provides reactive residential maintenance services directly to homeowners and renters.

These services are delivered by a team of full-time employed technicians, or ‘techies’ as we call them, operating within their local region. We currently field more than 65 techies across the UK, and are continuing to add to this team as part of our growth plans.

They are supported by customer service, sales and planning teams, handling inbound customer enquiries, quotations, booking and despatching jobs.
